Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Anywear mobile application (the "App"), operated by Anywear SAS, a company registered in France ("Anywear", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

Anywear lets users discover and rate fashion items through an interactive swipe experience powered by recommendations. The App may change, and features may be added or removed, at any time.

2. Accounts

You need an account (created with an email address) to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

Retailer and brand content. Product images, names, and related data displayed in the App are provided under license or partnership agreements with the relevant retailers and brands, or are otherwise used with permission. This content remains the property of the respective retailers, brands, or licensors. Nothing in the App grants you any ownership or license to reuse, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit this content outside the App.
Anywear content. The App itself, including its design, logo, and software, is owned by Anywear SAS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
Attempt to access the App's underlying code, data, or infrastructure without authorization
Interfere with the App's operation or security
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services, including Google Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting) and Google AdMob (advertising), which are subject to their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Anywear does not guarantee that product information (such as pricing or availability) displayed via retailer and brand content is always accurate or up to date, as this content is supplied by third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anywear SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
